Recently I have been thinking about things I do in the kitchen that don’t require recipes; they are more like a simple adaptable method. Roasting foods like broccoli, potatoes, and chicken are some of those. However, I recognize that some people need more guidance when it comes to these if they are going to provide for themselves independently.
So, this simple recipe was born as a result. With a few ingredients (and no extra dishes) one can produce delicious roasted chicken. While the chicken roasts, you can work on a side dish, maybe mini carrots with herb butter, a bean salad, coleslaw, or even mac n cheese. Who can go wrong with that?!
